At Mini Pokemart we are committed to deliver the best products coupled with the best possible customer service. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive in our store:

  • I have contacted you through the contact form, how long should I wait for a reply?
    • We usually reply within 24-48 hours.
  • I ordered my item and it’s been five business days, where is my order?
    • We usually process orders within 1 business day, if you ordered standard shipment your order should get there no later than 6 business days. We also share a tracking number for you to track your package.
  • Why did I received an amazon box?
    • In order to keep our shipping prices down we have partnered with Amazon as our fulfillment center. Unfortunately Amazon wont allow us to brand our boxes but rest assured that those products are from Mini Pokemart and not from somewhere else.
  • What is your return policy?
    • If the item has not be opened or has a defect we can accept returns for up to 30 days
  • How do I request a return?
    • Please fill out the form on our contact us page and in the title put “return needed “followed by your order number, we will contact you within 24-48 hours
  • I have some suggestions where do I send them?
  • Are your products official? Do you weight cards? Are your cards real?
    • Mini Pokemart is serious when selecting their distributors and we only source directly from Pokemon authorized distributors, all of our merchandise is 100% original, licensed and un-tampered.
  • I have a card collection, do you buy cards?
    • Yes we do, please send us a list of your cards with the condition (mint, played, heavily played) for each through our contact form. We will contact you to ask for more details within 24-48 hours.
  • Do you buy old games?
    • Not actively but depending on the Pokemon game we might be interested please contact us.
  • Where are you located?
    • We are based in Bay area, California
